Yoga Class Information Page
Style(s) of yoga: All of our teachers have at least 15 years of experience with yoga. While all styles of yoga are “hatha”, each teacher brings a different mix of their training and experience. All classes teach a balance of postures and breath work. While all are “therapeutic” in that they will help you heal, they are at different paces. We encourage you to try as many of our classes as possible, so you can experience the different teachers and what each can bring to your learning and healing. All teachers also offer private and semi-private instruction. Please call for rates.
